Can’t believe it’s already day 5! Made it to Pilates and completed a couple errands along with some work projects–a good thing because tomorrow is invoice day. Made roasted vegetable salad (I didn’t use any salt) and pork chops for dinner–the salad is going to make frequent menu appearances. YUMMY! Though I’m a little scared about how much garlic I’m going to sweat out during cardio kick tomorrow.
